Goal Oriented approach

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with a passion for identifying dysfunction in the musculoskeletal system, and for helping clients restore optimum mobility to complete activities of daily life. My work integrates Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Deep Tissue modalities as well as self care regimens tailored for each client.

I specialize in joint dysfunction, by pinpointing which tissues and actions may be contributing to discomfort and range of motion concerns through touch and trustful communication. In addition to completing 750 hours of massage education at Atlanta School of Massage (Apr. 2024) I am an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (Oct. 2024). My education paired with my experience in both clinical and relaxation settings allows me to deliver therapeutic work that feels safe and indulgent.
